Teaching kids to TakeNoBullies with Howard Beach Crossfit and MySecuritySign

Take no Bullies

MySecuritySigncreated #TakeNoBullies, a campaign to help eliminate cyberbullying and promote digital citizenship.MySecuritySign is part of the SmartSign family, an e-commerce company that creates signs, labels, tags, and mats, including bully-free school zone signs. The campaign focuses on promoting positive messages, proactive attitudes, and empowered communities with their original buttons and stickers that replicate the look of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. MySecuritySignis pleased to be partnering with Howard Beach Crossfit in their effort to teach kids self-defense and self-esteem in combatting bullying.

Classes are Tuesday and Thursday evenings

6-7PM 5-9 year olds

7-8PM 10-14 year olds

$60 a month

Athletic Performance Bootcamp

This program emphasizes all components of fitness and athletic performance such as balance, coordination, flexibility, agility, speed, quickness and anticipation

Developing these skills and movement patterns at a young age will stick with your child for the rest of their lives


Tuesday and Thursdays 4:00-5:00pm

Cost $60 per month

    As Of May 1st, The whole Gym will officially be a CrossFit Box
    To celebrate, we will be having a Re-Grand Opening Party, involving a Paleo Cook Off
